Refund policy

LOLO & STITCH has an exchange-only policy for returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to send it back to us.

This applies to all ready-to-ship items. (Custom made-to-order pieces are final sale unless there's an issue.)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must include tracking for your peace of mind and ours.
  • IMPORTANT: Items that are worn, damaged, dirty, or show signs of use will not be accepted—so please take good care when trying things on!

  1. Head to our Contact page or email us directly at hello@loloandstitch.com.
  2. Include your name, email, order number, and reason for exchange so we can help find the best solution for you.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We offer store credit only—no cash refunds.
  • Store credit can take up to 10 business days to be processed after we receive your item.

Each situation is different, and we’ll always do our best to resolve returns on a case-by-case basis.
