Once we drop off your package at the post office, it’s unfortunately out of our control. We do not offer refunds if the package does not arrive due to issues beyond our control (such as delays or issues with the carrier). Similarly, once your package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen items, but don’t worry - we’ll always provide tracking info so you can stay updated.
